Doctor Visibility Pro

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Doctor Visibility Pro (“we”, “us”) helps doctors and clinics in India get found on Google and handle patient enquiries. This policy covers this website and our marketing, and explains what we do with the details you give us, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). We serve businesses: doctors, clinics and their staff. This website is not meant for patients.

When you ask for a free audit or book a demo, we collect only what we need to do that:

  • your name or clinic name, your city and your WhatsApp / mobile number, and your specialty if you give it;
  • a record that you agreed to be contacted, with the date and time;
  • which page or advertisement brought you here (campaign tags such as source, medium and campaign in the web address);
  • your messages to us on WhatsApp, and the booking details you enter on our scheduling page.

Our servers also keep short-lived technical records, such as your IP address, to stop abuse and limit repeated form submissions.

To prepare an audit we also look at publicly available Google Maps information about your clinic and nearby clinics (ranking, rating, review counts). That is public business information, not personal data about you.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, patient information: no patient names, phone numbers, diagnoses, prescriptions or reports. Please do not send us any in forms or WhatsApp messages. Patient data handled inside our clinic software is processed on behalf of the clinic under the clinic's agreement with us, and is not part of this policy.

We use your details, on the basis of your consent, to:

  • prepare your Google visibility audit and send it to you;
  • contact you on WhatsApp or phone about the audit, a demo and our services;
  • understand which advertisements and pages bring in enquiries, so we can improve them;
  • meet legal obligations and protect our service from misuse.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for anything unrelated to these purposes.

Only with service providers that help us run the service, under their own security and confidentiality terms: our hosting and database providers (our database is hosted in India), our WhatsApp messaging provider, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) and the tools we use for sending and measuring messages. We may disclose information if the law or a court requires it.

We keep your details only for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise them. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep something.

Under the DPDP Act you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct or complete it, or to erase it;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing does not affect what we did before);
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you cannot;
  • complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our reply.

To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP and we will not message you again.

We protect your details with access controls and encrypted connections, and we limit who can see them. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affecting your personal data occurs we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Our services are for doctors, clinics and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes affecting how we use your details we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.

For any request about your personal data, or a privacy complaint:

reply to any WhatsApp message we send you, or book a call.
