Doctor Visibility Pro
Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply when you use the Doctor Visibility Pro website or request a free audit or demo. Paid services are covered by the separate service agreement or order we sign with you; if it conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails. By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Who we serve
Our services are for doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare businesses in India (business-to-business). You confirm that you are authorised to act for the clinic or practice you give us details for.
2. What we provide
Depending on what you sign up for, we provide:
- local search (Google Maps) visibility work, rank tracking and reports;
- an AI receptionist and WhatsApp automation for appointments, reminders and queue updates;
- educational content and social posts for your review before they are published.
3. Free audits and estimates
A free audit and any report or calculator on this site are informational. Rankings, review counts and search volumes come from public sources and change over time. Projected patients or revenue are estimates built on stated assumptions, not predictions or guarantees. We do not guarantee any ranking position, number of patients or amount of revenue.
4. No medical advice, no patient data through marketing channels
We provide marketing and software services, not medical advice. Health tips we draft are general information that you review and approve. Do not send patient names, phone numbers, diagnoses or reports through our website forms, WhatsApp marketing chats or social messages.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information, and keep your Google Business Profile and listings up to date.
- Follow the advertising and conduct rules of your medical council and the law, including rules on testimonials and outcome claims. You approve content before it is published in your name.
- Obtain the consent you need from your patients to message them, and honour STOP requests.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
6. Third-party platforms
Our services depend on platforms we do not control, such as Google, WhatsApp (Meta) and telephony providers. Their rules and changes can affect results or availability, and we are not responsible for decisions they make about your accounts or listings.
7. Fees
The free audit and demo are free. Fees for paid services, billing and cancellation are set out in your service agreement or order.
8. Intellectual property
We own this website, our software, templates and reports. You keep ownership of your clinic's name, logo, data and content, and you allow us to use them to deliver the services to you.
9. Liability
The website and free audit are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or patients, arising from use of the website or free audit, and our total liability for paid services is limited as stated in your service agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Your personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will hear any dispute.
